• SmartScreen / "unknown publisher" warning — PlayRAW.exe is unsigned. Click More info → Run anyway. It is safe and SHA-256 verified against the server manifest on every launch.
• Antivirus blocks or deletes files — the launcher injects its network DLL into the game client, which antivirus can flag. Add PlayRAW.exe, the game client, and the RAW client folder to your antivirus / Windows Security exclusions.
• Auto-login fails — keep your hands off the mouse and keyboard for the ~15 seconds it takes; the launcher shows a hands-off notice while it works. If it still fails, right-click PlayRAW.exe → Run as administrator, then try again.
• First download looks stuck at 0% — the manifest check and disk preallocation can take a moment before the first byte moves; every file is verified with SHA-256 before it counts as done. Keep the launcher open until it says the client is ready.
• Connection drops immediately — make sure you're using the launcher and it has finished updating your client files before you press Play.
• Put PlayRAW.exe in its own empty folder — the launcher downloads and manages the full client next to itself. Don't run it from inside the ZIP, a protected folder (Program Files needs admin), or a cloud-synced folder.
• Keep the launcher running while you play — closing it can end the low-latency P2P session between players.
