1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any rAthena-AI world (RAW) service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account credentials, all activity under your account, and for keeping your password confidential. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the server, website, or Discord community to: cheat, exploit, automate, or bot; impersonate staff or other users; distribute malicious software; violate any law; or harass, abuse, or harm other players. rAthena-AI world staff may take action, up to and including permanent account termination, for violations.

4. Virtual Goods & Advertising

The server may display advertising ("AdSpace") during loading screens and may offer virtual goods or services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise: (a) virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and are non-refundable; (b) advertising payments, deposits, and slot purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Content policy limits apply to all advertisements.

5. Server Availability

The server is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or the entire server at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, data loss, or service changes.

6. Intellectual Property

rAthena and Ragnarok Online are the property of their respective owners. Your account data and creations remain subject to these terms. You grant us a license to store and process your data as needed to provide the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rAthena-AI world and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including your rights under GDPR and other data-protection laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will post notice of material changes on this page.
