The NA shutdown
Gravity's announcement in January 2026 confirmed the end of the Ragnarok Origin NA service. It terminated March 24, 2026 (PST), with access to in-game content and accounts restricted.
Where NA players went
Gravity heard the community: Ragnarok Origin Classic (ROOC) reopened the classic experience, and on July 23, 2026 it launched on the AMER server for PC and mobile across North, Central, and South America — the anti-pay-to-win variant that is the de facto home for ex-NA ROO players.
